STORE

By purchasing from the Mob Kings store, you agree to the following terms.

All Sales Are Final
All purchases made through this store are final. We do not offer refunds for any Credits, Mob+ subscriptions, or other digital goods, except where required by law.

Mob+ Subscriptions & Server Downtime
Mob+ is a recurring subscription. It is your responsibility to cancel it if you no longer wish to be charged. If the server experiences downtime and you do not cancel your Mob+ subscription during that time, you will still be billed as normal — we will not issue a refund for that billing period.

Payments
All payments are processed by Tebex, our official reseller and merchant of record. By completing a purchase, you also agree to Tebex's own Terms & Conditions.

This policy covers the Mob Kings network, including our game servers, our Discord community, and this store. We store only what's required to operate the server and process purchases — your Minecraft UUID, in-game statistics, moderation records, and (for purchases) the information Tebex collects to process payment on our behalf.

Chat and command logs may be retained for moderation and support purposes. Any data associated with our Discord is handled in accordance with Discord's own privacy policy. Purchases made through this store are processed by Tebex, our official reseller and merchant of record — see Tebex's own Privacy Policy for how they handle payment information.

We do not sell your data to any third party.

If you have questions about this policy, or want data associated with your account removed, contact us at mobkingsmc@gmail.com.
